I discovered Brick Lane by Dina Begum during a visit to London’s Shoreditch neighborhood, one of my favorite areas to explore. Filled with markets, street art, independent shops, and great food, Brick Lane reflects the many cultures that have shaped the neighborhood over the years. Through these recipes, I’m bringing a small taste of this vibrant corner of London into my kitchen in Luxembourg.
